Approval

Tafly reviews every seller application and may ask for ID, company documents or shipping documents. We may reject or suspend a shop at any time.

Honest listings

Use real photos of the actual item, state the condition honestly and keep stock and arrival dates up to date.

Update the container stage on Tafly as it moves, so buyers stay informed.

Reservations

Confirm deposits on Tafly as soon as you receive them, and hold reserved items for the buyer.

Refund deposits in the situations described in our Refund Policy.

Fees

Founding partners sell for free during the promotion period. Any fees for plans, featured listings or reservations are shown before you agree to them.
