Terms of Use

1. Who we are

Tafly is operated from Norway. You can reach us at hello@tafly.co.

2. Your account

You sign in with your email address. Keep access to that email secure — anyone who can open your sign-in links can use your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate information.

3. Listings and sellers

Sellers are responsible for their listings: the description, photos, price, condition, estimated arrival date and that they have the right to sell the item.

Arrival dates for items in transit are estimates. Shipping and customs can cause delays outside the seller's and Tafly's control.

Tafly reviews seller applications and may verify identity or company documents, but a verified badge is not a guarantee of an item's condition.

4. Reservations and deposits

A reservation holds an item for you in exchange for a deposit (currently 10% of the price). The balance is paid when you collect the item.

Until online payments are live, you pay the deposit directly to the seller (for example by Wave or Afrimoney) using your booking code, and the seller confirms receipt on Tafly.

Inspect the item at collection. By collecting and paying the balance you accept the item as described.

5. Prohibited use

No illegal, stolen, counterfeit or dangerous goods; no false listings; no harassment; no attempts to get around reservations or reviews; no automated scraping.

We may remove listings or suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Liability

The sale contract is between buyer and seller. Tafly is not liable for the condition, legality or delivery of items, except where the law says otherwise or under the Tafly Protect rules in our Refund Policy.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. We will show the date of the latest version on this page.
